“Cookies are coming to town!” A Holiday Cookie Exchange is for any Chicagoland area resident to purchase baked goods and local bakeries participate as vendors. It is located in Downtown Chicago, Millennium Park, and runs from December 20-25th, 2pm-10pm every night. “Cookies are coming to town!” is a fun event for Chicago residents to walk through, sample, and purchase yummy baked goods. It promotes local bakeries and increases their customer engagement. The event also provides opportunity for new bakers and local residents to develop business opportunities by submitting recipes to bakeries. Marketing deliverables include billboards, urban signage, cookie packaging, social media posts, and direct-mail flyers with free cookie coupons!
